13th Annual Gang and Organized Crime Professional Development Conference

The Ontario Gang Investigators Association (ONGIA) invites you to attend their 13th annual Gang and Organized Crime Professional Development Conference being held at Caesars Hotel in Windsor Ontario, November 18-19-20, 2014.

This year’s conference will contribute to the knowledge and safety of both seasoned and new law enforcement professionals alike who deal with gangs, criminal organizations and their members in any capacity. Delegates will be awarded a certificate of training endorsed by the Ontario Gang Investigators Association upon completion of the conference.

A special early-bird room rate has been secured at the hotel venue based on single or double occupancy for our delegates. The special conference room rate for delegates starts at $139.00 / night and includes parking and internet. Please quote ‘AON1117′ when reserving your room. This rate is available for the three days before or after the conference for those wishing to stay and visit Windsor.

It is expected that the conference will welcome over 400 professionals from the investigation, intelligence, enforcement, supervision, detention and prosecution fields. This includes police, institution and community corrections, border services, intelligence officers, crown attorneys, victim service workers, prisoner transport, court services, and support staff. Due to the sensitivity of information presented and agency confidentiality, ONGIA reserves the right to refuse applications based on eligibility criteria. This conference is RESTRICTED to sworn / appointed members of the law enforcement community.

As with any professional conferencing, it is expected that delegates will come away with new contacts and intra-agency/International partners.
